WGA strike is good for kids!
At least somebody might benefit from this strike: The Hollywood Reporter notes that some striking writers have spent their downtime working on children's books. [Writers turn to child's play] But then again, it's not like kids are really affected by the strike in the first place. I think any parent will tell you that a child will watch the same movie or tv episode as many times as it takes to memorize it down to the credits. Me, on the other hand, I can't even stand to watch the "earlier on Project Runway" segments in my fave shows. Pay the writers, darnit!
